Medflow Simulator has not yet publicly launched. At this stage, the only personal data we collect is what you voluntarily give us — for example, your name, email address, and message when you request early access or contact us by email. You describe a design, not patient data.
We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and tell you about Medflow Simulator. Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by contacting us.
We keep your details for 24 months from your last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your enquiry email is handled through our business email provider as a data processor. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To do so, email ms@medflowsoft.com; we action requests within 30 days. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
